Delay in processing PSP_Cesop messages.

Dear sir/madam,

There is currently a delay in the processing of PSP Cesop messages by Cesop EU. Retrieving status messages is taking longer than 72 hours. Messages that were submitted by PSPs last week (week 8) that have not yet been processed. Unfortunately, the processing time is unclear. Based on experience with previous reporting periods, we expect the submitted messages to be answered with a status message within the next week, so no later than Wednesday, February 4th.
