Maintanance for PSP_CESOP-reporting

Dear Sir / Madam,

Maintenance will be performed on the Netherlands Tax and Customs Administration's systems for the Cesop message exchange from Monday, March 16, 2026, 9:00 AM (CET) to Wednesday, April 1, 2026, 9:00 AM (CET).

Cesop EU periodically experiences delays in returning processing reports, with a possible two-week delay. The maintenance period is adjusted accordingly.

We kindly request to not submit any Cesop messages (including corrections) during the maintenance period.

The following applies to message submission:

• Messages submitted before March 16, 2026, 9:00 AM (CET) will be processed and the processing report will be returned. The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration cannot guarantee that the validation report from Cesop EU will not (possibly) be delayed.
• Messages submitted during the maintenance period will be processed, and the validation report will only be returned back after the system opens at April 1, 2026, 9:00 AM (CET). You will receive an message if the delivery conforms to the specifications.
