New specifications for PSP_CESOP

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today we published new specifications and XSD’s for PSP_CESOP.

Please consult the 'HL_PSPNL_R2.2_Releasenotes (NL)' for the changes made. These are included on the Release Notes Payment Service Providers v15.

Implementation date of the new specifications:
The changes mentioned in these Release Notes will be implemented from July 1st 2025 for all reports and corrections. Except for the business rule 20150 which will be implemented as soon as possible.
