Dear Sir/Madam,

Today, a new version of the Manual “HL CBCNL 4.1 Part 2 Message Specifications” has been published.

No functional changes have been made. These are textual adjustments to draw the attention of submitting parties to frequently made errors. These errors can lead to problems when submitting to other countries or to messages being rejected by other countries.

The releasae notes provides a clear overview of the changes. The manual and the release notes are included in the Release Country-by-Country Reporting v09.
