VTS available

Dear Sir/Madam,

As of today, the Validation Test Service is also available to validate messages based on the specifications from the ‘Manual PSPNL 2.2 Part 2 Specification Data File 20250317’, which apply to all submissions from July, 1st 2025.

The specifications for the VTS, including VTS limitations, are included in Release Payment Service Providers v16.
