Particulars
The VTS does not appear to be able to correctly check messages in all cases for the additional Business Rule: The AccountIdentifier already exists in the received message. Therefore, this Business Rule is included in the list of limitations of the VTS in the Specifications ValidationTestService Payment Service Providers_CESOP v1.2.
