Particulars

Implementation date of the new specifications:
The changes will be implemented as of Q1-2025. This means that the new XSD (v4.03) should be used for Q1-2025 messages (i.e. from April 1, 2025).
After April 1, 2025, the new XSD (v4.03) must also be used for corrections for older quarters.
The new and modified business rules (controls) will also apply from then on.

Attention:
From April 1, 2025, only the new XSD 4.03 will be accepted. Messages delivered based on a previous version will then be rejected.
This means that both messages relating to time periods before 1-1-2025, as well as messages relating to time periods from 1-1-2025, must be delivered on the basis of XSD 4.03.

Test messages
It was found that the previously published test messages were missing the prefix to the elements from the PaymentData schema. This has now been corrected. Test message '30010-Fault v4.03.xml' has been removed because the relevant Business Rule 30010 has been removed.
