Aanvullend bericht verwerkingsverslag BIA / Supplementary note to the BIA Processing Report

Geachte heer/mevrouw,

In de verwerking van de bijheffing-informatieaangifte (BIA / GIR-NL) zijn er nog enkele problemen waardoor er géén volledige verwerkingscyclus mogelijk is. Hierdoor is het nog niet mogelijk een verwerkingsverslag (beoordeling van de Business Rules) beschikbaar te stellen om opgehaald te kunnen worden via de Ophaalservice. We spannen ons in om deze problemen zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen. Over twee weken volgt een update.

Graag uw aandacht voor onderstaande punten:

• We verzoeken u eventuele correcties aan te houden totdat het verwerkingsverslag beschikbaar is. Anders bestaat de kans dat de aanlevering van zowel het initiële bericht als de correctie(s) daarop worden afgekeurd.
• Fouten ten opzichte van de XSD die zijn gecommuniceerd via een statusbericht kunnen wel worden aangepast door het insturen van een gecorrigeerd nieuw bericht.

Dear Sir/Madam,

In the processing of the bijheffing-informatieaangifte (BIA / GIR-NL), there are still a few issues preventing a complete processing cycle. As a result, it is not yet possible to make a processing report (assessment of the Business Rules) available for retrieval via the Ophaal Service. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. An update will follow in two weeks.

Please note the following points:

• We ask that you hold off on making any corrections until the processing report is available.
  Otherwise, there is a risk that both the initial message and any corrections to it will be rejected.
• Errors relative to the XSD that have been communicated via a status message can be corrected by submitting a new, corrected message.
