Geachte heer/mevrouw,

Op 6 juli jl. is het bericht Aanvullend bericht verwerkingsverslag BIA geplaatst. In dit bericht worden onder andere de werkwijze en het probleem met het ophalen van statusberichten beschreven.

Inmiddels is het weer mogelijk om statusberichten op te halen via de Ophaalservice Digipoort (OHS). Ook de statusberichten die in de afgelopen periode niet beschikbaar waren, zijn inmiddels weer zichtbaar in Digipoort.

Issue with retrieving status messages resolved

Dear sir/madam,

On 6 July 2026, the message Additional message regarding the BIA processing report was published. This message describes, among other things, the procedure and the issue related to retrieving status messages.

It is now once again possible to retrieve status messages via the Digipoort Retrieval Service (OHS). Status messages that were unavailable during the past period are now also visible in Digipoort again.
