Geachte heer/mevrouw,

Hierbij informeren wij u dat het verwerkingsverslag naar verwachting rond 1 november 2026 beschikbaar komt.

Wij houden u op de hoogte van de voortgang. Wij verzoeken u hiermee rekening te houden in uw administratieve processen.

Daarnaast vragen wij uw aandacht voor het volgende:

• Wij verzoeken u om eventuele correcties aan te houden totdat het verwerkingsverslag beschikbaar is. Als correcties eerder worden ingestuurd, bestaat het risico dat zowel het oorspronkelijke bericht als de bijbehorende correctie(s) worden afgekeurd.
• Fouten ten opzichte van de XSD die via een statusbericht aan u zijn teruggekoppeld, kunt u wel herstellen door een nieuw, gecorrigeerd bericht in te sturen.

We will keep you informed of any progress and kindly ask you to take this into account in your administrative processes.

We would also like to draw your attention to the following:

• We kindly request that you refrain from submitting any corrections until the processing report becomes available. Otherwise, there is a risk that both the original submission and any related correction(s) may be rejected.
• Errors relating to the XSD that have been communicated through a status message may still be corrected by submitting a new, corrected file.
